NOIDA: The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Wednesday demanded an explanation from Noida Authority as to why hot mix plants are still being used at various construction sites in the city even when it is banned by the court in August 2015. This came during an ongoing hearing of an appeal by residents of Sector 76.
