Authorities said Tuesday that they have found the body of the ill-fated fishing boat`s captain on the west coast of Incheon, two days after his vessel capsized, leaving 13 people dead and one still missing. The body has been confirmed as that of the Seongchang-1`s captain, identified only by his last name Oh, by his son, according to the Coast Guard. ......
