Student inspires cops to use alternate mode of transport

Vadodara: Around 150 policemen in the city, who daily travel either on their two-wheelers or government cars, took to walking on Monday morning from Kalaghoda to Vadodara railway station to promote he use alternate mode of transport. The idea of the walk was proposed by Vedant Thaker, a class VIII student of a city-based school, to create awareness about alternative mode of transport to curb rising problem of traffic and increasing pollution.
