Mylan announced a new drug application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Mylan (NASDAQ: MYL) and Theravance Biopharma (NASDAQ: TBPPH) have submitted a treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, commonly known as COPD, to the FDA.
