With the autumn festivities approaching, the MPS has today, Tuesday, 24 October, launched its seasonal crackdown on crime and anti-social behaviour. Anti-social behaviour (ASB) can have a severe impact of the lives of communities and this behaviour typically increases around the start of the autumn school holidays, Halloween and Bonfire Night. Many people, including the elderly and vulnerable members of communities, can be left feeling anxious and worried at this time of year due to uninvited trick or treating, firework misuse and large crowds of people.
