Successful EUR150 million additional senior notes offering

Boulogne-Billancourt (France), 23 October 2017 - Vallourec S.A. (the `Company`) today announced that it has priced the offering of an additional EUR150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.625% senior notes due 2022 at 102.5%, resulting in an implied yield of 5.979%. The additional 6.625% senior notes due 2022 will be consolidated and form a single series with the notes issued by the Company on October 18, 2017. The issuance of the additional notes, which is subject to customary conditions, is expected to close on 26 October 2017.
