The RIPE NCC and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 22 October 2017 during RIPE 75 in Dubai. The MoU formalises the existing relationship between the RIPE NCC and the TRA, which is responsible for the telecommunications and information technology industries in the UAE....
