LafargeHolcim will supply environmentally friendly, high-performance concretes for the construction of Mexico City`s new International Airport. Designed by architects Lord Foster and Fernando Romero, the project will be the world`s most sustainable airport and will eventually serve 68 million passengers a year. LafargeHolcim`s concrete solutions used for the airport were developed by the Group`s Mexican technology center in collaboration with LafargeHolcim`s global R&D center in Lyon, France.
