Windows 10 Fall Creators Update starts rollout, W10M on Release Preview

The Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (FCU) is starting its roll out, for `desktops` and `Mixed Reality headsets` at least, according to Microsoft. Officially, it`s Windows 10 branch 1709 and also officially coming to Windows 10 phones such as the Lumia 950 and Alcatel IDOL 4 Pro. The desktop rollout will take several months and the final push to production phones normally happens around a month `in`, though note that the `Release Preview` build for phone Insiders is now available.
