The United Nations refugee agency said Friday, Greece must expedite winter preparations at refugee camps on islands in the Aegean Sea where a sharp increase in arrivals is causing overcrowding, according to Reuters. According to UNHCR data, almost 5,000 refugees - mostly from Syria and Iraq - crossed from Turkey in September.
