Citizens have stepped into the breach of slow or patchy official response but as hopes for more survivors fade, those made homeless fear for the futureRegina Villar is in charge of coordinating help for more than 100 badly traumatized victims of Mexico´s devastating earthquake, which killed more than 250 people and left thousands of families homeless.
