John Lewis helped itself to my money and I just can´t get it back

Partnership card took close to £500 from my account in error, but doesn´t seem bothered about returning itI have a John Lewis Partnership MasterCard and on my June/July statement I found £465.37 had been debited by the company as an `adjustment` to my account.
