Most European consumers ditch businesses that don´t meet their customer experience expectations

There has been a significant shift in the balance of power between consumers and businesses, with customers increasingly willing to judge organisations harshly if they don´t meet their customer experience expectations, according to new research. The research from Quadient - formerly GMC Software surveyed 8,061 adults in the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. It found that more than three quarters (76 percent) of respondents said they would switch from a business that doesn´t meet their customer experience expectations.
