Facing O`s, Pomeranz eyes AL-best 17th win

The first-place Red Sox, who play their final seven games at home, continue their final road trip against Baltimore in which the Sox will try to put more distance between them and the second-place Yankees. Boston enters Tuesday with a three-game lead in the American League East, while Baltimore is 5 1/2 back of the second AL Wild Card spot. The Red Sox will send lefty Drew Pomeranz opposite O`s righty Kevin Gausman.
