Radwanska advances at Connecticut Open

NEW HAVEN - A few of Agnieszka Radwanska´s second serves might not have gotten pulled over on the highway. Well, maybe that one speed trap down the block on Route 34. Eugenie Bouchard wasn´t able to return a few of them, though, and defending Connecticut Open champion Radwanska is on to the quarterfinals. Radwanska defeated the Canadian wild-card item 6-3, 7-5 Tuesday night at the Connecticut Tennis Center, reaching her first tournament quarterfinal since she reached the final in Sydney, Australia, early this year. Bouchard saved three match points in a couple of games late in the second set, two of them on her own serve, to turn a 5-3 deficit into an even set again. ......
