VARANASI: The birth anniversary of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi on Sunday is set to witness open factionalism among local Congressmen, as two separate functions are being organised by two groups to felicitate family members of freedom fighters on the occasion. A function will be held by the district and city units of Congress in Maidagin area, while another function will be held by former Congress MLA Kailash Tandon in Badi Piyari area.
