THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A recent letter sent by Kerala Financial Corporation (KFC) MD MG Rajamanickam to additional chief secretary (revenue) P H Kurien, requesting him to extend exemption for resorts and hotels coming up in ecologically sensitive areas in Munnar as they were aimed at generating jobs, has raised a curious case of `conflict of interest`.
