Coming off best start, Kuhl takes on Tigers

Pirates manager Clint Hurdle has enjoyed witnessing right-hander Chad Kuhl`s progression this season. Kuhl`s struggled at times during his first full season in Pittsburgh`s rotation, but he`s steadily improved in the past month. He can take another step in the right direction Tuesday when he opposes left-hander Matthew Boyd and the Tigers at PNC Park.
