Rangers to skip Perez in rotation

Rangers pitcher Martin Perez said he is tipping his pitches. Pitching coach Doug Brocail and manager Jeff Banister said Perez needs to execute his pitches. Either way, Perez will get a few extra days to work out his issues: the Rangers are going to push him back in the rotation.
