Cahill set for rematch with Samardzija

Thanks to scheduling, Giants starter Jeff Samardzija doesn`t have to wait long to get another crack at the Padres, who torched the righty for seven runs, nine hits and two home runs last weekend in San Diego. But like last weekend, he`ll again go against Trevor Cahill on Friday.
