Souza, Dickerson to stick atop Rays` lineup

The Rays` batting order has taken a new shape, and manager Kevin Cash says it`ll stay that way for awhile. Cash said the Rays will use the same top five in the lineup for the majority of games going forward: Steven Souza Jr., Corey Dickerson, Evan Longoria, Logan Morrison and Wilson Ramos.
