With Bartolo up, Hughes to 60-day DL

In order to make room on the 40- and 25-man rosters for Bartolo Colon and Craig Breslow, Minnesota placed Phil Hughes on the 60-day DL with a recurrence of thoracic outlet syndrome symptoms. Hughes may or may not have surgery, but his season is most likely over.
