Heart procedure sidelines Francona for ASG

Indians manager Terry Francona underwent a heart procedure on Thursday and will not manage the American League in Tuesday`s All-Star Game in Miami. He is currently recovering at the Cleveland Clinic and is expected to rejoin the Indians after the All-Star break.
