Francona could miss extended time

Indians manager Terry Francona remained at the Cleveland Clinic on Wednesday to continue undergoing testing to help determine what has been ailing him over the past several weeks. With Francona still being evaluated, bench coach Brad Mills was scheduled to manage the team for the second game in a row.
