Indians tab Tomlin, Carrasco for twin bill

To make up for a rained-out getaway day in early May, the Tigers and Indians will match up for a day-night doubleheader on Saturday at Comerica Park. Detroit`s Anibal Sanchez and Cleveland`s Josh Tomlin will match up in Game 1, while the Tigers` Jordan Zimmermann will oppose the Tribe`s Carlos Carrasco in the nightcap. Another postponement, this one washing out Friday`s scheduled series opener, allowed the teams to push their starters back.
