Astros option Musgrove, activate McCullers

The Astros optioned struggling right-hander Joe Musgrove to Triple-A Fresno on Saturday, creating another hole in their rotation. The team will also have to find another starter for Sunday`s game against the Mariners after righty Brad Peacock was placed on paternity leave. Right-hander Lance McCullers Jr. was activated from the disabled list and was scheduled to start Saturday`s game
