WISeKey completes Draw-Down under GEM Share Subscription Facility

Zug, Switzerland, 23 June 2017 WISeKey International Holding Ltd (SIX: WIHN) (`WISeKey`) announced today that the pricing period regarding the draw-down under the Share Subscription Facility Agreement (`SSF`) with Global Emerging Markets (`GEM`), as previously announced, has ended and that GEM has subscribed for 100,000 Class B Shares at an aggregate issue price of CHF 279,900.
