Padres fizzle after fast start vs. D-backs

Jake Lamb and Brandon Drury hit home runs as part of a five-run third inning Wednesday as the D-backs edged the Padres. Zack Greinke allowed three runs in five innings with eight strikeouts. Yangervis Solarte knocked in two runs for the Padres, one on a home run in the first inning. Zack Greinke got the win for Arizona, his eighth of the season.
