Anti-money laundering. A blacklist of non-EU countries at risk of hosting money-laundering practices will be up for a vote in the Economic and Monetary Affairs and Civil Liberties committees. Parliament in January rejected a previous Commission proposal for a blacklist, saying it fell far short of its objective and asking that territories that facilitate fiscal crime be included.
