Wolters Kluwer today reports that it has repurchased 376,000 of its own ordinary shares in the period from April 20, 2017 up to and including April 26, 2017 for EUR 14.6 million and at an average share price of EUR38.76. These share repurchases are part of the three-year (2016-2018), up to EUR600 million buyback program announced on February 24, 2016.
