David Taggart is still buzzing about his birthday. The local rocker spent his 26th getting dragged up on Montreal`s Bell Centre stage by his rock n` roll idol, Green Day`s Billie Joe Armstrong, and belting out a verse in front of a raucous crowd before stage-diving headlong into a sea of waiting arms. `That was insane. That was so ridiculous that happened to me on my birthday,` said Taggart, who said the concert was a surprise planned by his sister, Rylee Taggart, and his girlfriend, Aoife Coleman, who celebrated her birthday Thursday - the day after Taggart.
