China Warns U.S. To Respect Its Air Defense Zone

China said Thursday the United States should respect its self-declared air defense identification zone after warning an American bomber of trespassing upon China´s territory over the East China Sea, Reuters reported. China required aircrafts to identify themselves in the East China Sea zone beginning in 2013. The U.S. and Japan refuse to recognize such boundaries, the report said. According to the U.S. Pacific Air Forces, the B-1 bomber flew by South Korea Sunday and told China´s air traffic controllers they were on a routine operation in international airspace.
