Shareholders approve all motions at the 84th Ordinary General Meeting

In total 236 shareholders (84.3% of share capital) were present at the meeting. The shareholders approved the Financial Statements and the Group Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year 2016 as well as the appropriation of available earnings as per balance sheet 2016.
