PRESS RELEASE Madrid, 23 March 2017 The Banco de España maintains the countercyclical capital buffer at 0 % The Banco de España has decided to maintain at 0 % the countercyclical capital buffer (CCB) applicable to the credit exposures in Spain of Spanish credit institutions in the second quarter of 2017.
