Roku is finally making its own TVs

For a company that started off making small and affordable little streaming boxes, Roku`s come quite a way. Looking back, this day almost seems inevitable. But if you`d asked me 15 years ago when Roku`s first little streaming Netflix box was released that someday we`d be at CES 2023 looking at Roku`s first line of self-branded TV sets, I`d be shocked. Roku has for the past few years partnered with multiple manufacturers to add their streaming software into their TVs, but today marks the first time that Roku`s first-party hardware has expanded beyond streaming devices and speakers. The Roku Select and Roku Plus series of TVs will be available in HD and 4K, with 11 models in sizes ranging from 24` all the way up to 75`, with prices starting at $119 and going to up to a reasonable $999 for the top-end 4K 75` model.
