Feds give Brightline $20K to help keep its extended high-speed rail line safe in Florida

Brightline is receiving a $20,000 federal grant to help promote safety awareness along its soon-to-open extension from West Palm Beach to Orlando. The idea is to urge those who work and live along the rail line to stay alert for trains operating at speeds over 100 mph.
