Va. Gov. Youngkin promises quick action on bill to make masks optional in schools

Virginia`s House of Delegates approved a bill Monday that would make school mask mandates optional. Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) promised to seek an emergency clause so the measure could be implemented right away. It was passed by the state Senate last week.
