South Florida voters make picks in three state legislative contests

Voters made their picks Tuesday in three Florida state legislative districts, deciding who they want to represent parts of Broward and Palm Beach counties. There`s a big catch: At least two — and maybe all three — of the people selected won`t take office until after the annual 60-day legislative session, which also began Tuesday in Tallahassee.
