What you need to know Apple`s new MagSafe Battery Pack goes on sale tomorrow, but someone got theirs early. It turns out you can use the battery pack to wirelessly charge your AirPods, too. No big surprises there, then. Apple`s MagSafe Battery Pack doesn`t officially go on sale until tomorrow, but someone was able to get theirs early. They`ve been sharing pictures of the charger with the world and now they confirmed that yes, you can indeed use this thing to wirelessly charge AirPods. As Steven Russell points out on Twitter, the $99 battery pack can indeed charge a pair of AirPods — in this case, AirPods Pro — just fine. I can`t say that`s a huge surprise, but it`s good to get confirmation! One more thing to add. I have been asked if it wirelessly charges AirPods.
