Five months after a Broward inmate died in custody, his family still wants to know why

The family of Kevin Desir wants to know why it`s taking so long for officials to explain how and why he died in police custody earlier this year. Desir, 43, died on Jan, 27, 10 days after he was involved in a confrontation with deputies during an apparent mental health episode at the Broward County jail in Pompano Beach.
