There`s a new wrinkle in the saga of former President Donald Trump. With a New York state grand jury investigating Trump, a little-known provision of Florida law gives the governor — Ron DeSantis — authority to order an investigation into whether someone who is indicted ought to be surrendered to the state bringing charges.
