Kentucky Derby winner Medina Spirit cleared to race at Preakness Stakes, is 9-5 favorite to win

Medina Spirit drew the No. 3 position for Saturday`s race in Baltimore at Tuesday`s post position draw. The Kentucky Derby winner tested positive for the anti-inflammatory drug betamethasone, according to trainer Bob Baffert, who said he will not attend Saturday`s race, the second leg of horse racing`s Triple Crown.
