Waukegan woman identified as victim of fatal Friday crash

Shaneera Bell, 27, of Waukegan, died from blunt force trauma after she was partially ejected from her vehicle, police said Monday. A passenger in her car, a Waukegan man in his 20s, was taken to a hospital with what police said were non-life-threatening injuries.
