Man who was with Adam Toledo at time of fatal police shooting charged with carrying gun as a felon

A 21-year-old man who allegedly was with 13-year-old Adam Toledo when the boy was fatally shot by police last month now faces felony charges related to the events of that night, including gun possession and recklessly firing a weapon, court records show.
