Benchmarks extend losses; breadth turns weak

All the sectoral indices on NSE were trading in the red. Rising coronavirus cases across US and Europe weighed on investors' sentiment. At 11:27 IST, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, was down 452.71 points or 0.91% to 49,131.45. The Nifty 50 index lost 141 points or 0.97% to 14,454.60.
