Tropical Storm Wilfred and Subtropical Storm Alpha formed in the Atlantic Ocean on Friday, which means another system in the Gulf of Mexico will be named Tropical Storm Beta, only the second time in history that forecasters have had to turn to the Greek alphabet to name storms.
