Fairgrounds prep for OYE, Free Fair

Over 10,000 people will come to Duncan for a few days in September after Matt Byerly, Director of the Stephens County Fair and Expo Center, secured one of the largest shows following the cancellation of the Oklahoma State Fair. The OYE (Oklahoma Youth Expo) show will bring people to Duncan from Sept. 17-20 at the Stephens County Fair and Expo Center. The show will give businesses in the area a boost in shoppers, restaurant guests, and hotel guests, as well as gas station usage, according to Byerly.
