Troops in Germany should move east

President Donald Trump is under fire from his own party for his announcement that he plans to reduce the number of U.S. troops in Germany from 34,500 to 25,000. In a letter, 22 Republican members of the House Armed Services Committee expressed concern that the troop reductions would “strengthen the position of Russia to our detriment.” Well, that depends on what the Trump administration does with those troops.
