GOOSE CREEK, S.C. – More than a week after Goose Creek City Council voted down an ordinance that would have required residents to wear a face mask in certain public places, Mayor Greg Habib is urging residents to wear them anyway to minimize the spread of the coronavirus. “Government should not have to tell you to wear a mask to protect others.
