GUWAHATI: Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG) student duo Anant Mittal and Shubham Yennawar have made the best use of lockdown at their homes in Roorkee (Uttarakhand) and Nanded (Maharashtra) to innovates nano ultra-violet weapon `UV astra` - an all-time personal protection device to sterilize the surfaces in just three seconds to free it from the virus.
